Vinyl Wrapping question..

Hello everyone,

I was looking into vinyl wrapping my c300 in Satin Matt Black and was wondering if anyone knew of a good installer in the Bay area?

Also if anyone knows where I can get a hold of the material itself? I've searched a bunch of the major companies for material but don't really know the first thing about automotive vinyl material.

They have so many different options on vinyl material alone. Also Satin Matt black is hard to get so thats another problem. Most places only get the regular Matt black and don't know or never heard of Satin Matt Black.

For those of you who don't know how it looks I've included pictures.

Other companies have offered me Matt black vinyl material that has been combined with gloss vinyl and heat transferred to come to a similar effect but I figure I'd rather do it right the first time around.

Any helps appreciated as I'm stumped on where to install around the Bay area and where to get the film.

Thanks all in advance.

-------Edit-------

Also looking for a place to get my headlights painted. I'd like the silver parts painted in the same color (satin Black). Don't know of many shops here in the Bay that have good experience with oven baking the headlights open to paint and putting it back together. I'm also OK with sending it off somewhere to have a professional do it if anyone knows of someone.

Thanks again!

Thanks Michael! I just shot them an email to see if they can get the material if they don't have it already and how much it would run me roughly.

Their facility looks extremely clean haha.

Just a word of warning, Premier isn't cheap, but they do a damn good job and are well known throughout the luxury/exotic crowd.

Thanks for the heads up, I've already been quoted from other shops about $3500-$6000 depending on material (not exactly sure what he meant) but i'm assuming the Vinyl grade?

After doing a bit more research, I think "Satin Black" is actually a spray that's used on Matte black vinyl to give it the look of satin. I figured there was just a satin black vinyl but I may be wrong.

Waiting for a response from premier. Will let ya know how much they quote me =X

Nothin yet from Premier but I called around other places and got different quotes.

1 shop said $2500 for everything or $1500 and I provide the material myself. Not many reviews on the shop and from the pictures I've seen it looks more like a repair shop then anything else (kinda dirty). Don't know if I trust the place as it seems kinda sketchy.

Another shop quoted $3200 but not much info on them either.

I heard of a place in SoCal called Skinzwraps, supposedly they do good work. Don't mind makin the drive down if the price and quality is good. Would also give me a chance to visit some old friends as well.

Not tryin to drop anything past $5k for a vinyl wrap job, even hesitant on anything past $4k as I've seen how much the material goes for and I doubt labor would be $3k.

Hopping Premier or skinzwraps gets back to me on the quotes and they're less then what I'm guessing it would be.

Damn $1200 sounds good to me. Yea I just remembered your car is wrapped and looks good to me.

Premier got back to me over the weekend. Rough estimate was $3500 but they told me to come in for a consultation.
Think that's a bit over my price range though. Will have to sit on it. I'll keep shopping around for now.
