sport button/active agility control problem

sport button/active agility control problem
my c230 came with this thing that firms up the suspension and throttle and steering response when this button is pressed
now it goes on by it self and i could NEVER EVER TURN IT OFF no matter how i try
took it to mercedes they said i have to leave my car for a longer period so i took it home again
just wondering if this is a common problem
now i have to feel every bump on the road cos of the hard suspension and the petrol consumption went up
but its fun to drive :P
