Nicely done! I'm interested to hear yours had an ECU heat sink of some kind, on my car it's just a hunk of black plastic. An unfortunate styling trend seen on many cars now, a cover used to hide the engine with no functional purpose.
I suppose that helps MBZ sell the four-cylinder W205s that they call a "C300" ... no one can see the engine to tell what it is ...
Mine was done when I replaced the air filters 3 years ago. I used a regular paint can from Walmart. It's dirty because I haven't cleaned the engine compartment for months
