PCMCIA-to-USB adapter?

Does PCMCIA-to-USB work in the W204 Comand system or is PCMCIA-to-SDHC the only viable option?

Never tried PCMCIA to USB but PCMCIA to SDHC is definitely not the only viable option, CF and others are equally viable. Do you really want to have a USB memory stick or wires running from the adapter? I would not want my car being messed with with visible wires.
