just installed clear side markers
i just installed the clear side markers and i love the way they look, put the silver coated bulbs in but its still orange when the parking light or light is on. is there a way to get rid of that and have it match the eyelids? i want no orange at all

Might not get a ticket for bulbs but will make you a lot more noticeable to police. In my Infiniti I was getting pulled over all the time for random bull **** but never got a ticket. As soon as I put chrome ambers in my sidemarkers, I never got pulled over once.

Well where I am in Boston the cops/state troopers love to bust *****, so they give out tickets for safety violations. The amber lights are to distinguish the front of the vehicle from the rear, in the event of a spin out or accident.

i am not really concerned with the cops, i am getting my windows tinted 20% and thats illegal too. i am more concerned if i get into an accident and someone wants to sue me cause of it. i can see something like that happening. guess i ll just keep the chrome ones
