W204 Tire Woes

W204 Tire Woes
Put some new wheels/tires on my C300 back in December...got them balanced and aligned at the MB dealer. Had vibrations above 55 mph a pull to the right, service adviser gave me the old "All Mercedes pull to the right for safety!" script. Figured I wouldn't get any help so I took it home, swapped the front right/left wheels with each other. The pull went away, but the car drove like crap (tread was backwards, obviously).
So last night, about 2000 miles later, I swapped the wheels/tires back...ran it about 55-60, no vibrations, but it almost pulled me into a ditch (exaggeration). I've done all necessary checks, air pressure is good, tires have lots of tread left, wheels are in good shape, got everything checked out by the dealer.
Service A coming up in June for me, so maybe I'll get a rotation then and it'll fix the problem.
If you guys have any advice/experience with this, I would be very much obliged. Thanks in advance!

You need more than a rotation. I would have a complete realignment for free by the MB shop who put them on & not wait until June.
