what does service A2 entail? I have to get it soon.
Also should the red plastic part of the dip stick have oil on it? because mine is completely dry. I know that in any other car it should be wet with oil showing if it is low or not.

How many miles and what year?? Warm the engine up to operatimg temp and than let it sit for 5 min and re check the oil it should be in the middle of the red part.
