Anyone know what this is ?

Well, I just got back from picking my car up from the dealer for the B service and everything looks to be in order except for the following :

204 820 13 45 TS WIPER BLA $68.99

212 830 02 18 COMBINATION $68.99

Please tell me two replacement wiper blades didn't cost me $140 !

Total cost ( including the brake fluid flush and a 10% discount ) was $570

Anybody know what those part numbers are ?

Thanks,

Nick

OUTCH! Looks like they charge you full prize for all the parts, I purchased both wipers blades for $49.00 my Stealer charged me $80 for the brake fluid flush. $90 for oil change and I purchase the dust filter for $29

hey tanktube - eat a dick, cheapa$$

i find it simply amazing that everyone on this forum wants to make money but isn't willing to let others do the same...

guess what tanktube, you pay an average of 200% markup on most purchases - you should be thanking God that the same rules don't apply in the auto industry...your c-class would cost a lot more, and your slandering would only then be appropriate.

end of rant

WOW! That was harsh!Be Nice!
I don't think I should be raped by a dealership for servicing my vehicle.
I understand they need to make money too, but MB dealerships are not consistent with there pricing. My dealership wants $350 for Service A and $700 for Standard Service B is out of control.
