It looks good and I guess it sounds alright, a raspy sound but if you like it I guess is fine. Did you put an X-Pipe?

It sounds good to me too. So what did you remove and what did you have to add?

Great JOB!

You modified the stock diffuser didn't u, how much did u have to cut to make the quad fit??....
was it professionally made or a DIY?

Ok that's about all the questions i have

Thanks in advance!

Thanks guys!

First is the diffuser, I did myself with some power tools and sandpaper. First off you want to make a basic cut then use a grinder to get a better shape, lastly sandpaper and soapy water to finish it off. I can take pictures of how I did it tomorrow for a DIY save people good amount of money.

Second is the exhaust, X-pipe to replace resonator which I did last year but wanted more. This last week I had mufflers cut off and 4 resonated tips put on. So overall no resonator and no mufflers.

Drone inside the car is bothering me at low rpm but I'm going to see if some laying some dynomat in the truck will reduce it. The big part for me is that I don't carry the spare tire so I believe the exhaust is making the whole truck space echo and drone which is very annoying lol. But it should be fixed this week!

The exhaust in person sounds amazing and very aggressive. Ill be posting more clips of it tomorrow when I can do some drive bys.

What exhaust shop did you go to? I'm in socal as well and I have yet to find one exhaust shop that can do what I ask....the ones local to my area seem to favor American Muscle over euro/JDM. :[

Your exhaust sounds amazing by the way.

yea, i heard it too. it sound like right before the engine returns to idle, it rattles, or chokes. but i think that may just be the camera not registering the sound accurately.

overall, it sounds and looks great!

P.S. the mod on the diffuser looks professional. you really did a great job on that!

only questions: did you do the grill yourself, and what carbon fiber wrap did you use?

The Carbon Fiber is all 3m di-noc vinyl and yes I did it myself thank you :] Altho I would say have someone do the grill as its a b*tch to do. But pillars and anything else are ez to do! And no glare my right tire is completely worn out lol, im in the process of selling the rims to get new ones though.

X-pipe is magnaflow from ebay, and the shop is called Hi-tech and specialize in european cars. They own a M5 and its all fixed up. So they know what their doing. PM if you want more info on it.

Ill be taking some better pics with my buddies nikon pro camera today for everyone! and ill so get pics of the lights that i've been saying ill do.

Heres some crappy pics of the grill/front from a lil further away. The CF looks like matt grey from far away. but in the sun it has a lil sparkle from the weaves. Dont worry Ill post more pics

I put some sound deadening material in the spare tire area and all around it..the drone is mostly gone as well as less road noise..loving it so far! I reset the tcu when I got the exhaust on so the transmission is flaring up alot instead of shifting at the right rpm. Im thinking everything will be fine in a week, let the car learn how to handle the new exhaust.
