Does X PIPE VOID you warranty???
i know this has been talked about b4, but i'm going to be doing the xpipe mod, but i want to know if it will void my warranty. My car is leased, and i want to know if they are going to try to charge me for a whole new exhaust when the car goes back. i know that i can just cut it out when i bring the car back, but i bring the car in for service. if they see this what will happen??

Blaze what you said is true yet horribly wrong. Haha. The whole idea of getting an X Pipe is to replace the resonator with an X pipe with some additional piping. However, in order for your warranty to be intact, you must keep your catalytic converters in place.

2012 C250 Coupe
I ordered mine friday, I am still waiting for it to arrive. I am bringing it to my friends car garage to have the guys install it for me. And unfortunately, also take care of a nice baseball sized dent on my hood - thanks local little league! On a side note, does anyone know of semi-padded car covers?
I took a before (stock video) of my car, which surprisingly sounds better than any youtube clip at the moment with my iPhone, and will take another when I get the X-pipe in. I will post it to youtube and the link to the forum when I am done.
I too am leasing the car. I will keep the resonator, but I am kind of banking on them not realizing when I go to turn in the car... That, or I hope I buy it...
