another issue with my car, bluetooth is now not working, no sound!
It makes calls, but I can't hear anything, can't hear it ring, or nothing. I confirm it is dialing, the call goes through, but I cant hear anything through my speakers. Has anybody experienced this? I'm scared to bring my car to dealership because I added the rear camera last summer. Not sure if they'll try to blame it on that. Any suggestions on what to do?

Have you tried pressing the mute button on your steering wheel/center column? It's a common mistake that I used to make, and one that my dad makes all the time.

I don't remember ever pushing the button but i'll definitely try it next time i'm in my car. If you mute it, it doesnt unmute next time you turn car on?

It seems when its extremely hot outside, i get no sound from bluetooth and mp3s won't play, everything else seems to function as normal, seems extremely odd, could it be a busted fan in the comand unit? I don't understand why only 'some' functions would stop working from overheating if that is the case. anyone with ideas please share
