Yes, but to tell you the truth there is nothing special about paint sealant. A good wax will essentually do the same thing as a paint sealer.
Also, you shouldnt need to have to clay bar quite yet if it was just detailed. The purpose of the clay bar is to remove toxins and wax off the paint. There shouldnt be much toxin on the paint right now. Considering it was recently detailed, I would just do a light coat of a good wax/ polish and call it good

It honestly depends on the sealant in my experience. Acrylic based sealants are amazing; I've had Klasse Sealant Glaze go 9+ months without any problems. I also like to top my sealants with wax to give it an extra layer of protection.
And yes, depending on the aggressiveness of the clay, you'll strip any protective layering you have on your paint. Only clay your car when the surface feels rough or there's a stubborn discoloration.

Clay will strip your LSP. And there's no real timetable for when you should clay. It could be the day after you do a full detail, it could be a year. Depends on your exposure to contaminants. If I just do a 24 hour paint correction detail and drive to a stop light with someone painting their building...with wind, I'm getting overspray and will have to clay.
And Arcoril is correct that there are wax/sealants that can go 6-9 months.... Collinite 845 has lasted 6+ months for me before. Not the showcar shine I prefer, but good for offseason protection. My current sealant/wax combo Menzerna Powerlock with Dodo Juice Supernatural lasts me maybe a month with 3-4 maintenance washes.
