One of my questions is what is the difference between Phillips Crystal Vision and Diamond Vision.

Second question is which Phillips bulb will match with these LED's the best? Crystal or Diamond?

Thanks
I'd go Diamond Vision....It'll be closer kelvin matchup with my white LEDs.

Will my DRL's still work with the Diamond Vision lights?

I went to an auto parts store today and saw the Crystal Vision, but not the Diamond Vision.

P.S. I don't think DV's are sold here any more, maybe an issue with brightness or color? They aren't listed on the Philips US website. You can still find them for sale online though.

For what it's worth. You can go on eBay to get em if you're willing. http://cgi.ebay.com/PHILIPS-H7-5000K...6#ht_881wt_939

Sure it's in australia, but for $36+$10shipping, it's really not that bad of a price.

I saw the Crystal Vision yesterday at Napa Auto Parts. I think they were $41.99.

I think it's an issue with colour because you can't get them in the UK (apart from online)...

It should instantly go to it's settled color. There should be no purple, but everyone's eyes perceives color spectrum differently . Blue is innacurate...it's more of a cool/glacier white up close, but look more blue from a distance. The whites will look more gray white. If you're even using the word purple though, guarantee you you don't have the white ones.

Can you take pics though? With and without flash?

Yea you're right, they're blue. It's weird when I take a picture it's blue and when I look at it with the naked eye it looks white, I have no problems with it just wanted to know if they were the blue ones lol I've purchased 5 different LEDs and they all turned out different colors

Michael, thanks for sending. I got them yesterday (shipped in a few days) and put them in. I must say, these LED's are excellent. Super bright, great color (I ordered white). I put one side in first, and the difference between the LED's and the Polarg's I had in was huge. The only downside: now I have to change my low-beams because they look so yellow by these LED's!

Glad you like em! Yeah, Polargs are ok as a stop gap, but it's night and day between regular bulbs and LEDs. You'll get a much truer match to Xenon/HIDs in your low beams.

A review i am doing for the LEDs.
Shipment took about 3 weeks from there to South East Asia
A little tip that i found, if I push the LEDs far too into the socket, the light wouldnt come on and the LED would get super heated, I have to pull out a little bit for them to work, I figured it is because the connector inside the socket would "touch" the resistors on the board and thus creating short circuit, therefore to properly place them you have to be careful not to push it all the way in.

below are some pictures of Ebay LEDs ( they claimed it is white but you'll see) vs AZN White LEDs, with stock xenon and Michiba White Fog lights.

photos are taken by my N97.. couldnt be assed to get the DSRL .. so picture color might not be as true
Ebay LEDs

AZN white LEDs

To me the blueish LED looks cooler, colder, looks slightly better to have them alone on, but it does not match with my stock xenon and my white fogs.
AZN's LEDs are significantly brighter, the color matches my stock xenon and my white fogs as you may see for them attachments.
Compare with Polargs that I tried before, these are whiter, brighter, more accurate in color.

Got mines the other day and yes I agree that if you push the leds in all the way it wont work. I just pulled it out a lil bit and it works perfectly. The 5k white ones and the Phillips CV 4300k does not match too well. The CV looks yellow next to the LED, I think the Diamond Visionwith the 5k led is a perfect match or the closes.

I have the white LEDs from Mike and it fits my Diamond Visions almost perfectly. I did post up pics so you all can actually have a look and see how it matches.

Been running the AZN LED's for about a week. I did the eyelids and number plate lights, and they look great! I haven't driven the car for too long with the lights on, but the plate lights don't seem to get overly hot as some have reported. I have also noticed that the lights won't turn on when pushed into the socket all the way, but pulling them out slightly remedies this issue. Overall a great product and a subtle yet effective mod. Highly recommend to anyone still on the fence

yeah, due to open circuitry design, when you push it all the way in, the power voltage plate on the connector can touch components of the LED which causes it to not function. Normal wedge bulbs doesn't matter cause it's protected, but just pulling out slightly seems to work. Some have (including me) pushed it in all the way though and have had no issues, but guess it just depends on if it's close enough to touch or not. Either way, pulling it out a bit gives you extra buffer space and still holds on just fine.
