W204 C300 speedometer problem doesn't show the miles
Hi, im from guatemala, i have a big problem with a C300 2009, i bought this car from a auto actions on US called COPART.. the problem is that the car doesnt show the miles.. becuse some one changed the speedometer, so my car is using a speedometer of other C class.. my question is can this speedometer can be reflashed or re programed on the dealer to be compatible with my car or i have to buy a new one?
i used a scanner and the speedometer shows it have 40k miles and the swich of the key shows 17 miles i think the 17k miles are the real miles on the car.

An MB workshop cannot modify a used cluster to work on another car, other than the one it came from. You either have to buy a new cluster or have the cluster made virgin by some less official services (if they can do it for a W204, not necessarily easy).

damn.. what do you mean with less official services?? u mean the dealer? like a going to a genuine mercedez store? or who sorry
