Dew in headlight after heavy rain.
Is this normal or I should rush to dealer before my 2 year guarantee expires?

I have not experienced this. I would definitely visit the dealer before the warranty expires. There has to be a leak which over time will lower the efficiency of the light.

His mama. Traded y0 mama in because she was squeaking.
Turn on your headlamps for 20 minutes (high and low beams). If the condensation does not completely burn off, then it should be replaced under warranty.

I don't know how much headlight assemblies are for a 204, but the dealer ended up wanting to replace one side on my W215 and the assembly runs $2450 retail.

I opted to not have it replaced until we can duplicate the other side, as I didn't want just one new headlamp assembly installed.

I drove a two hours trip and the dew is still there.
The price you quoted scared me enough to go to my dealer first thing tomorrow.
