Trunk power outlet
Judging by the fuse wiring diagram, fuse 72 is for an option of a trunk power outlet that my car does not have. Does anyone have this and can take a picture of where it's located, I would like to install one. If a MB Tech could dig up the part number of the socket that would be great.

Simple solution
Here is my simple solution to connect a cooler in the trunk. I had all the bits from previous tasks. The socket is an extension connector from Canadian Tire, which I cut the wires to length and tapped into fuse #76 (15 amp), and grounded behind the fuse box.
To connect the cooler I pull the socket out from behind the fuse compartment cover - when not in use the socket is out of sight in the fuse compartment.

Factory outlet is for Estate version
If you check the user manual it shows an outlet in the trunk of the estate version and the side cover is molded to take the outlet. You will also need a bolted mount to provide stability when plugging/unplugging. You can purchase a socket outlet which can be bolted from Canadian Tire (or equivalent), but it's still not a factory look.
