Which dealer do you use? I have been going to the one in St. Clair Shores, they are pretty nice but expensive.
I always say that they are "Home to the $400 oil change!"
Thanks,

MBS sales and service in Duluth GA is an indy with a great track record. Ask for Axle or his dad Hans. They own the business and are a wonderful family to deal with. If one becomes knowledgeable about these cars they are really quite straight to maintain. I guess it depends on your income stream. I enjoy tinkering so I have done alot on my own. $300 for an oil change is just wrong. I go to Penzoil Express lube and watch while they go over the car. They always try to sell me the extra coolant I do not want nor need (I buy the MB brand only) or the extra air filter that is not that bad (they bring it to look at) But I do watch them check belts, all fluid levels and air pressures and tire wear if an alignment issue surfaces. All for $83 minus the $5 coupon. They refill with Mobil One 0W-40 plus the new filter. Get to know them personally and they will take care of you especially if you are repeat and they now know who you are. Just because it says MB on the hood does not mean you have to pay a premium to drive one that is well cared for. My .02 cents.

Hey Big Ben,
I found that RBM runs a little higher than MB of Buckhead. I actually call both of them for prices anytime I am wanting to do something, and I am sure to let them know I am shopping for the best price. It seems MB of Buckhead knows what RBM charges and always comes in a bit cheaper...only after I tell them I am shopping around for a deal. Besides, RBM kinda dropped the ball on my first service whiche led me to "stray" the first time...![Smilie](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
Anyhow, was curious as to which dealers were which out of the Atlanta four.

The four dealers:
Mercedes South
Atlanta Classic
RBM North (I count RBM as one)
RBM South
Buckhead Mercedes
Ben,
I bought and take my car to ACC in Duluth. Are they one of the ones that you think rip you off? Their prices do seem a little high to me, but I like them and love their facility.
I need to bring my car in for service B in 800 more miles........this is a 40,000 mile service B. I'm wondering how much this is going to cost because as I understand it, it is going to need a transmission flush, brake flush, etc etc etc.......ugh....

Took my car to the dealer today to get all my rusted lug nuts replaced under warranty. Every lug nut was rusted......looked terrible.......the service advisor said "what, you dont like the vintage look".....lol.
Anyway, I inquired about the B service and it is 395.00, and that includes an oil change which I dont need because I just got it done two thousand miles ago at an independent shop. I didnt ask them, but I am hoping they will knock 100.00 off of the price if I tell them that I dont need the oil change. I know they charge 110.00 for an oil change because I got it changed there once and said "never again". Thats crazy for an oil change.

I had my service A for only $99 + tax using the same coupon from MB of Fresno. Check with your dealer if they will match this coupon. Expires 8/31/2010.

Service A is a waste, if you read what they do its crazy to spend that much, I change out my oil myself and have the services done by other shops that are certified, you end up saving alot that way.
