Run Flat

I have a 2009 c200k Mercedes. I want to install run flat tires for security purposes. I lived in Dominican Republic and there are potholes everywhere. My car is prepare for that? Will run flat tires damage the suspension or another mechanical parts of the car?

You should be fine with run flats. They generally cost a bit more and ride rougher. Having run flats does not make your vehicle a tank, so you still have to drive with due regard to road conditions.

Run flats don't prevent damage, they just let you drive a certain distance once the damage happens.
