Which is the Best Dealer in San Fran/Peninsula/East Bay for Service?

BMW 328i Convertible 2008
Which is the Best Dealer in San Fran/Peninsula/East Bay for Service?
Hi,

I am about to get my wifey into the Mercedes Family with a 09 or 10 C350 and have no knowledge on Dealer Service Quality since I drive an 08 BMW 328i Convert

I find that Family Owned Dealers are more responsive and the nationwide auto chains are problematic (Churn and burn). With BMW I drive 40 Miles to a hendrik Family owned dealer rather than 5 miles to the one owned by Autowest

Smythe (San Jose) and Park Ave (Palo Alto) Are owned by large Chain AutoWest

Can several of you chime in with Positive and Negative Service Experience with Managers names
