Wheel/tire question.

Hello,
I'm considering a set of 18inch wheels sized 18x8.5 front and 18x9.5 rear. But i'm also wondering if my c300 has fenders wide enough to cover the tires sized 265 for the back.

what do u guys suggest?

Specifically, which wheels are you considering?

I think others have used those sizes but they're also issues of offset and bolt pattern.

One concern is that you want to be sure that the wheels not only fit but also looks good. Someone on this board bought some wheels that technically fit but didn't look the way he expected due to how far they stood out.

Then you have people like me that want to keep the original feel and after looking at upgrading the wheels decided that I'd just keep what I have.

They're definately some beautifil wheels out there but its impossible to know how ride and handling will be affected. Well almost impossible....wider tires are going to feel more of the texture of the road.
