2010 C300 Deals
I visited the Mercedes-Benz dealership in New Orleans and the sales rep said that he can take $4,000 off of the sticker price of a new 2010 C300. Do you think that is a good deal and what type of offers are they giving you in your area?

Problem is, this kills resale value for all of us who bought earlier cars without fire sale discounts.

C300 Sport/Palladium Silver on Black/P2
It's not a bad deal. The car is obviously worth it, in at least mine, is a very fun car to drive, comfortable, looks nice, etc.
Probably if you put in lots of effort and go to various dealers, etc. etc. you can get a good deal more money off.
It's all about how much effort you want to put into it.
Also, if you're getting a really good APR or something, that is also something to consider. The dealers work all these numbers to end up happy.

I'd wait another month or two if you can/are willing. I got my 09 C350 on November 11, 2009 for 10k of sticker price in SoCal, which came to about $35k excluding tax/licensing fees. It was one of about 7 remaining C350's at Mercedes of Calabasas. When they really want to move out remaining inventory they definitely slash prices.

Want to run this by you guys, thinking about buying the C300 with the following options;
-2011 C300 Sport
-Nav
-7 speed auto
-Burl wood trim
A dealer quoted me: ~29k + tax & lic. Should I jump on this? thx

The MSRP on the car is around $38,900. I'm going to stop by the dealer today and check to see what options they have installed on the other ones.

Great Deals in Los Angeles on the 2010's. I just picked up a C300 at $10K off of sticker. Leased for $270/mo. with $1900 total drive off ($598 of which is the expensive Calif. license & sales tax)!
