how much to replace a under engine cover
mine got cracked last winter.
is that important to replace the cover under the car or i can leave it with a crack?
if i need to replace it, how much is gonna cost?

Personally I wouldn't be too concerned about a small crack on a belly pan. As long as the crack is small and the pan is not hanging down in any fashion you should be fine. Maybe try some plastic repair used for motorcycle and ATV fenders if small enough.
