Wife has a Iphone 3G and I have the iPhone 4 and both of them are synced on our C350 with Multimedia Package.

What issues are you having exactly? have you attempted to sync them via bluetooth yet?

Are you sure you have turned on your bluetooth and have actually paired the device up to your MM package by entering a unique code? You have to get the MM package ready to sync and then find it on your phone where you put in your code to match.

^^^ What stack24 said. Be sure to set your MM first and then have your phone look for the device. The MM will prompt you to enter a code...then the iPhone will ask for the code to verify.
