Hi everyone I just bought a C250 Cgi from the dealership in April. Since that time I have been to the dealership 5 times complaining about engine breakdown while driving!!!! Now i have done 13000km in that time and ince I didn't think that the first 3 times the engine broke down was serious (cuz i was moving at around 15-20km/h) i didn't insist on doing anything. Last week my engine broke down at 80km/h which a quick speed for me. When I went to the dealership all they said was we did an upgrade to the ECU and all is fine now. That would have sold it to me but last time they said that also. So I need advice plz because I am seriously thinking of taking legal action but I don't know if I will benifit from it??

 

Sounds more like a lemon to me.
