Anyone know when the C Class bodystyle changes from the W204?
Any links or pics?

Thinking about upgrading to the 2011 W204, but wondering when the body style changes...

yeah, you're right on that. Already saw & test-drove the 2011.

My question is when does the full body style change i.e. when does it go to W205?

 

my guess is 2013 or 2014

 

Full facelift is coming next summer/fall as a 2012MY..All new W205 wont be out till 2014/15 when they start building them in the US.

 

You're right. I read an article about that in MotorTrend. They also provided a sketch, the next C kind of looks like a small CLS/SLS. I'll have to see if I can find the magazine with the article. I'll post a pic of it. There was also mention of MB bringing the A Class to the US too.

 

Just an FYI - true that the fog lamps are replaced by the LED strips (standard on the sport model and available on the lux model with the bi-x lighting package), but the LEDs are daytime running lamps and not fogs lights!

oh i was just referring to the difference of the looks between a 2010 300 and the 2011 but thx for the info anyways

 

Model year 2014 so we should be seeing more details in another year or so.

 

If that Car & Driver picture is close to accurate then... yuck! I like the looks of the W203 better than the W204, but that W205 rendering looks ugly!

 

It's not accurate. It's a concept car MB designed to showcase their new styling direction. Expect the 2014 C-Class to have similar design language but much less radical.
