Besides the LED daytime running lights and how you can't order the dynamic package anymore, there aren't many changes for 2011

2011 C350--black, grey/black interior, Multimedia + Lighting Package, HK Sound, Rear View Camera
Yeah, there only true "change" is the LED DRLs....however there are changes in the packaging (P1 + Lighting Package. No more P2 Package).
