I have noticed a light rattle in the top front of engine at start up. It sounds to be the cam chain & top sprocket . It quietens down when the engine is warm.
Has any one else noticed this noise?
The car has another 3 months of warranty & has done 35,000 easy Km.

Mercedes C220 cdi avantgarde W 204, tinted windows, Brabus springs, 22mm spacers on back
Hello! I also hawe a C220 engine and so far i made 43K kilometers with no problems. Engine runs perfectly. The only problem I have with rattle on front suspension which is discussed on other thread.
