No, it will not, the c63 hood is longer than ours and the grille is made to accommodate for that. But you can buy a c63 styled grille specifically made for c300/c350 or w204. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...m=150497913933

actually the bottom part of the C63 grille will fit on a standard C. The problem is the C63 grille is two parts and the top chrome part won't fit.
