Worth it to buy Extended warranty on a used C300?

Worth it to buy Extended warranty on a used C300?
Please give me some input guys...
i bought my 08 c300 with 17000 miles on it through carmax and i also purchased their ext warranty for about $2389. The extended warranty doesnt add to mfr warranty, but instead will cover what the mfr warrany does not cover up to 125,000 miles. I can get a refund on this warranty if I decide to cancel it within 30 days which is coming up in 6 days. should I just stick with the MB warranty and refund the extended warranty through carmax?
If I keep it and ever need to use it, I have to pay a $50 deductible if I take it to Carmax or $100 deductible if I take it to an MB Dealer.
