MFR WARRANTY AND Mercedes-Benz Lemon Law, Recalls and Technical Service Bulletins

I was inquiring about the MFR warranty and came across this website:

So it looks like the warranty for these vehicles is:

Mercedes-Benz Warranty BASIC 4 years/50,000 miles
AND ON POWERTRAIN 4 years/50,000 miles.

Can someone confirm this?

So is it worth it to buy the extended warranty up to 125,000 for $2389? (Basically covering an additional 75,000 mi)
