It will not fit your car, sorry
Here's what you need for your '08 C300:
Bolt Pattern: 5 x 112
ET (offset): +45mm - +55mm (depending on the size and diameter of the wheel)
Im not really a fan of chrome wheels

Most online vendors like tirerack.com, wheelsnext.com, wheelfire.com, elementwheels.com, etc. have wheel configurator/ fitment guide that will show which wheels will fit your car. Try searching any of those sites so you can have abetter idea

thanks, that helps....also..
my stock tires are still good but when i hit 70-80 mph. i can hear virbration or weird sounds from the tires.. the steering wheel doesnt vibrate..does that mean i need to rotate the tires or have them balanced?

Wheel balancing may help, and maybe you should look into getting a wheel alignment as well. Check for any irregular wear on all 4 of your tires.
Did you run over or hit something with your wheels that may knock your wheel or steering out of whack?
