Just remove the two screws under the arm rest and the rest is held by pressure pin and clips. Make sure window is rolled down. Plastic trim remover will help here. Once you remove the door panel, you can unscrew the trim pieces from behind.

For those of you trying to source the material....there are lots of places to get them, but you can get the CF fabric from EuroDyne and the 3M Di-Noc from StickerCity. If you want to do composite, I can recommend a few places in cali.
