Questions for HID conversion kits
Following some of the sick pictures I saw with HID kits, I decided that I would like one for myself. After some digging through this forum and some other stuff, I have an okay idea about how to do this and which one I should get. So I decided to post this thread, just to make sure I don't screw things up.
My question is this:
1. For the Low beam in the Xenon headlights, are they H7 bulbs or D1S?
2. Is there a way to do the fog light and the qwik cap trick for the cap of the low beam? (the DIY - https://mbworld.org/forums/c-class-w...g-hid-kit.html )
3. DDM or HIDextra? (or some other good quality brand)

2. http://store.ijdmtoy.com/BMW-E39-5-S...adapter_08.htm
That adapter works for fogs but not sure for low beam. Buy it and try. Yes it says BMW

Thanks
Thanks for the quick responses! Wasn't expecting it lol...
I noticed JDM had some HID lights... Are they simple plug and plays without ballast if you hav stock xenon lights? If so, any feedbacks on these lights?

I am not positive with the Xenon lighting in the w204 from mercedes. But the lights should be plug and play with the stock wiring harness. The ballasts are in your car, they are just mounted underneath the headlight (usually, again, not sure about in w204 specifically). But why would you change the bulb, to just change the color temperature?
