pictures of the AV inputs of 2010 C300? wiring diagram ?
i have a 2010 c300 with the 7 inch GPS/dvd player stereo. However i dont have the 5.1 surround sound nor the backup camera. I would like to know if on the back of the stereo there is AV inputs for both the camera and an amp to add a subwoofer and maybe even more speakers.
i've read the post in this forum about the possibility of already having a wire for the camera in the trunk behind the fuse box ?. But its not confirmed. does anybody have any info about this. link to that post is here ( https://mbworld.org/forums/c-class-w...era-issue.html )
i also read the threads about the subwoofer. will i be able to use the wire in the fuse box to power a subwoofer or will i have to run it from the battery? i dont think i would do this myself im afraid i'll break something
i did it on my 2002 jetta but i am not experienced enough to attempt it and break something on my benz.
also behind the backseats there is this big speaker mesh but no speakers, im assuming thats where the harman/kardon LOGIC7 speakers would go? has anybody placed speakers there?
anybody that has any input about adding speakers, a subwoofer and a camera please let me know or point me in the right direction.
P.S a few months back i had asked the guys at best buy to give me an estimate of how much it would cost to install a subwoofer on my 2010 c300 and they said that they couldnt do it.

Backup camera
There is no cable in the trunk for a backup camera in the 2010. The video input on the back of the head unit is used for the ipod video connection, if you have that feature. You can't use both video inputs, so disconnect the ipod video, change the engineering menu, and off you go.
