which backup camera to choose?

which backup camera to choose?
kenwood cmos 200 or kenwood ccd 2000? ebay doesnt sell alot of ccd 2000 and they are more expensive then the cmos 200. is there a big difference?

i have a kenwood cmos 200 .Works great. And CMOS 200 is newer than ccd 200. I was told that they no longer produced CCD 200 , so those CCD for sale on the market are the last group.
