Door Sill Replacement

I've bought new plastic door sill for the front door to replace my scuffed one.

I've managed to remove the old one but cannot work out how to refit the new one.

One end (towards back of car) seems to have a slide in clip but if I do this first I cannot work out how to fit the front end which goes into a cutout whole on the kick panel. The 3 metal push down clips make it really tight to slide into position.

Any help or instructions would be fantastic, thanks!

Take a look at the other side to remind yourself how it fits.

Thanks, I'd spotted the illuminated sill guide but it doesn't give detail on refitting the plastic one. It can't be just pushed down as either front or rear end need fitting into guides first.

I dare not pull of the other side as the drivers one broke when I pulled it off!

Thanks for any tips
