No. IMO our cars lag behind audi when it comes to "advanced gadgetry". Sit inside a Q5 or an A4 and you will see exactly what I mean. I love our c300 but my brother drives a 2010 A4 and when I drive it I wonder why our car just doesn't match up, when talking gadgetry.
I considered a GLK when looking to replace my Yukon and after I sat in the 2011 Q5 it was a 80% done deal even before I drove it. After I drove the Q5... it was a 1000% done deal.
I agree, MB really needs to catch up on the interior. I do like driving my C300 better than the FWD A4 as I find that the A4 pulls steering too much off the line. If I went to an A4, it would need to be a Quattro.

I agree, I do not like the FWD A4 either, but I test drove the Quattro version as well as my brother's and was thoroughly impressed. If I had it my way, it would have been purchased, but the wife fell in love with the c300 and I couldn't persuade her.

You should really thank your wife! Our 2009 A4 Quattro is a big fat turd compared to the C class. The power steering studders, the auto transmission studders (both a common complaint) and the whole thing just feels poorly put together. On a funny note, and not kidding, every time a rough sounding truck(diesel, old beat up junker, etc) drives by the house, the dogs get excited thinking my girlfriend is home. We have named the car Poppy because of the noise the direct injection makes and the general feeling that one needs to be drugged to be happy in this car. It's reliability has picked up a bit lately but she is still very glad she got the 100K warranty thrown in for free.
