2009 C300 Luxury P1 w/Multimedia, Arctic White
Anyone ever heard of this oil filter brand?
So I was performing my first oil change on the 09 C300 I bought last month. When I took the oil filter out of the housing, I noticed a weird *** filter brand name stamped on the bottom along with the date. Has anyone ever heard of Auterra Filters??? When I noticed it, I was like WTF? Who has put this thing in my baby? It looked like a paper filter instead of fleece. There was probably gas station brand oil in the damn thing too. It wasn't time for the oil change yet, but I was curious about the oil condition since the car was slightly used. I'm glad I got it changed and put Mobil 1 oil and a fleece filter in it.
