2008 C350
Exclamation Install Headrest help!!!!

I got a 2008 C350, I need to install the head rest because the old one is broken, I don't need to reset i know about it is just to clarified,the hinges in mine are broken,so how do I get the back panel of the seat off so I can get the headrest off? I look thru out the forum and is not clear on how to do it, I found one post that said that there is 2 torx screw at the bottom but I don't see them so please help!!!!

I thought it just came out (headrest+metal rods etc)...

In which case, I'd say just line up the new rods with the holes and stick it in?

The simplest things in life go back to natural instinct sometimes don't they?

I don't think it is as simple as pulling it out in these cars, especially with active headrests.

Lilbenz is right, the active headrests are much more complicated than holding and pulling (removal) and pushing the rods into the holes (install)...Now, how to do it is a question I cannot answer
