Defaulting to "E" drive mode

Defaulting to "E" drive mode
Recently got the 2011 C300 Sport and I prefer driving in sport mode, but every time I start the car it defaults back to "E" mode. Does anyone else have this problem?

In the 2010, there is no "e"., just "c" and "s" and the car will always revert back to "c" at startup. I would guess it's the same for the 2011. So, its not really a problem, it is the way the car is designed.
