One more..
Dear Ms. Levitt:
I don't know much about lighting, but some who do did answer. To be taken more seriously in general, however, try the following:
1) Write in English, not in texting
2) Don't scream (AS IN ALL CAPS)
3) Don't rely on that "I'm a girl" cop-out...your brain capacity is the same as a man's, if you train it equally. Check med/law school enrollment.
4) Stop starting and ending sentences with "OK"...it has no meaning.
This will get you much further...good luck and best wishes.

This was likely your best post in a long time. I would add one more as #5:
5. Avoid using the word "like" (I was like, he was like, she was like etc.) in your posts since it marks you as either a teenage girl or a gay male.
Good English with no space fillers is always a good idea.
