Is the valve stem core with TPMS replaceable?

I have a 2009 C63 and the valve stem is leaking air. Is the valve stem core replaceable or does the whole thing need to be replaced by taking the tire off?

If the core is replaceable, does anyone have a part number?

Thanks!

The actual valve is a standard Schrader you can pick up an assortment pack at any auto parts store complete with the wrench. Now if the seals on the TPMS itself is bad it will have to be taken off the wheel. Worse case is the TPMS stem is cracked, happened to me then the whole sensor needs to be replaced.
