hey guys my dad does custom upholstery and i got a extra steering wheels so i told him i want him to do something crazy with it but he hasn't gotten any material yet so i wanted to ask you guys what kind of material would you guys wanna see on it because i might sell it if anyone would be interested..let me know

Just kidding some nice soft calf skin in the interior color with a contrasting stitching would be nice.

Alcantara is a fabric, not a leather, and will absorb skin oils and grime, requiring cleaning maintenance. The marketing has been great, but leather is a better material for this application.

Normandie4life: so i got all the materials its going to be suede and carbon fiber leather with silver stitching since our car interior mostly comes in aluminum bs, i dont know when it will be ready but i will be posting pics up and then most likely im going to sell it to who ever is interested.
