quick question about trunk lining

quick question about trunk lining
SO I searched maybe not hard enough but ....
If anyone has removed and changed out there tailights can they post pics on how they installed it Im having trouble removing the trunk lining getting to the screws on the driver side tailight near top of trunk lining theres a small hook I cant get off.
Any tips ideas pics would be greatly appriciated

theres probably easier ways, but i just went in on either side from the acess holes for the fusebox/first aid kit. lots of lying down sideways in my trunk and reaching, but eventually i was able to get all the bolts undone.
