Thinking about buying the 2011 C300

Hi everyone,

Joined this forum hopefully to get some insight. So I'm very close to pulling the trigger. I have to decide by tomorrow since this is for business but all you who have the c300 already, I was wondering if there is some interior lights in the footwell area that is always lit while you drive. I saw something like that in the BMW 3 series and thought it was very pleasant. Can someone comment on such? (yes, my final decision is coming down to 335i sedan vs. C300)

Any assistance would be very helpful and thank you in advance!

there is a interior light in the footwell area that stays lit. its just not that bright. you can always change them out for a brighter option.

As long as you realize that the facelifted 2012 C-Class (many pictures on this forum) is only months away now, and you will be driving last years model. Not to mention the effect on your resale value.

On the other hand, now that you are armed with this knowledge, some big fire-sale discounts can only be just around the corner.

thank you for answering, and yes, I DO realize the 2012 is facelifted. HOwever this is a business lease, so I would care less =P It won't affect the MY resale since the good people at benz will take it back at still .61 residual. (I also HATE how the new navi looks like in the 2012).

ALso, can I get some feedback on interior cabin/road noise on the freeway and comfort of vibrations from the road? I did test drive it but I also want to know how everyone feels about it who probably drive it on a daily basis and would have more of a feel for it.

Thanks for all your input. It would be very helpful as I will decide by tonight.
