2012 facelift conversion..???
Anyone know if the New 2012 Headlamps and hood will fit the 2010 models?
or front bumper need to be replaced too?

Yeah, are you talking about the 2011 headlamps that are "blacked out" on the inside, or the completely new redesigned 2012 headlights that resemble the SL style headlights?
The 2011 headlights are a direct replacement, and you can even get a shop to paint the inside of your pre 2011 headlights black, which will give the same look.
The LED DRL will also fit as well if you wish to retrofit them. Aside from those two differences, the side mirrors and the rims, the 2011 is virtually identical to previous year w204.
