2008 - 2011 w204 grilles are completely interchangeable for luxury or sport c300 or c350 models. However, the c63 AMG grille is not compatable as it is a narrower opening.
You don't even need to take off the bumper.
You open the hood, push in the entire bottom of the grille to release it from the tabs. Then remove the pins in the center behind the grille refered to as a "t-bar" or crossbar. And then pull up from the sides to remove the two tabs from the notched rested areas. I can remove the entire grille in a matter of a minute.
If you want the c63 styled grille they make a replica designed to fit the c300/c350.

Nope, the opening is the same for all non c63 amg w204 from 2008-2011 (meaning compatible). In my sig is a 2011 c300 4matic sport with the luxury grille and hood ornament as proof.

Shrouded instruments, compass in mirror, memory seats (US) and headlight indicator on instrument cluster started in 2010. There may be more but thats it off the top of my head. Major facelift is starting with the 2012 models.
