rear lamp warning, no visible problems
I have to take in my C180 K to the dealer for a service B in a couple weeks anyway, but I wondered if anyone experienced this. I have a warning message every time I start up for rear right tail lamp/brake light, but when I check the brakes, light is good, rear lights are good, rear indicators are good. What gives?

I just recently had the same problem on my c32. Check all the bulbs in the holder when one goes out they kind of use another one to compensate. i had two bubls out. so check your bulbs closely and when you get the bad one changed you warning will go away.

Thanks for the advice. I wasn't aware that there was more than one bulb back there. I might take a look at it, but as mentioned, I have to take it for service in any case so maybe I'll let them sort it out.

i had the same issue. each tail light has 2 bulbs on bottom row (brake/red part). one of them is probably out, so you have to look closely...

+1. Had the warning, checked and didn't see anything wrong. Stooped down a bit to be more level with the light and one of two bulbs was out, driver's side.
