Frong Parking Lights

Today I got a message that I need to change my frong right parking light so I bought a new bulb and started the procedure which came out to be a real pain. Anyway, after a big fight and with bruised fingers I took the blown bulb out and changed it with the new one. I was happy when I closed the front hood and went to make sure everything with the front lights was ok and suddenly I found out that the front right parking light is still not working (I checked the new bulb and it looked alright). What could be the problem? Any help is appreciated...

Another thread mentioned that if they do not turn on, try turning the bulb 180 degrees and putting it back in as the + and - need to match up.

Also, check to make sure the bulbs light up BEFORE you put them back in and seal everything shut.

make sure you cycle the ignition sequence of the car to clear the light out code in the computer.

but you must have done that already being 5 hours since you have posted.
