EYELID PROBLEM

Hello forum,

I did something really stupid. I was replacing my eyelids (2011 C 350) with the LED's sold by AZN C300 (Which look awesome by the way). I started with the passenger side as advised by many here on the forum and they looked great. When I got to the driver's side eyelid.... I accidentally snapped one of the wires of the bulb closest to the center of the car. I tried to put it back together and it worked for a bit but it just shut off and won't come back on again. I put in the stock bulb and nothing. I am not getting any error messages from the car, I am wondering if there is a particular fuse that may control these lights. I checked the fuse manual and the eyelids don't seem to be listed... Any suggestions before the dealer has a field day with me?

Looks like you can use electric tape to wrap that up

Thanks ill try that. I thought i had blown a fuse or something because when I initially tape it together it worked but then it came apart. When I tried putting it back together it would not power on again. I never thought of switching the car on then off.

Thanks for the tip mir_m. It works now!!! What do you use now? Did you get different LED's or you put stock back on? I don't want a melted bulb holder!
